Mandatory documents — TOI will not publish without at least one of the following:
- Official death certificate (scan or clear photograph of the original)

- A physician's note that contains the date and diagnosis of death on the letterhead of the hospital or physician.
TOI's need to verify the identity of the person making the booking – A scan of Aadhaar Card or PAN Card of the family member/representative making the booking request will be required for TOI's records. Photo Specifications for TOI Display Ads
