Duties-Responsibilities
|
- Proper maintenance and operations of particular client in terms of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Stationery, Dispatch, Pantry & Vendors.
- Co-ordination with other department for overall smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with office boy for day-to-day activities.
- Maintain discipline and decorum in the office.
- Coordination with Sales team.
- Vendor payments and petty cash management.
- Manage and complete the joining and on boarding process once the candidates selection is complete.
- Manage attendance and leave for all employees in a organised, timely and accurate manner.Highlight irregular attendance, suggest corrective measures and resolves queries in reference to leave attendance.
- Handle the entire payroll cycle for the organisation. This is a mandatory requirement.

Experience:
