Duties & Responsibilities
|
- Selling products by implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff.
- Responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
- Maintaining necessary data and records for future reference.
- Setting sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Completing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintaining sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
