Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Job Description
- Riyoadvertising is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to manage human resources and administrative functions. The role involves effective HR planning, recruitment, employee welfare, and administrative management to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment activities, and maintaining a resume database.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment, resignation, and manpower MIS reports.
- Organize staff welfare activities and assist with scheduling, meeting setups, and document preparation.
- Act as a primary reference point for internal and external queries, managing timely communication.
- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary action when necessary.
- Maintain and update training records and training manuals.
- Administer yearly Performance Appraisals and assessments.
- Prepare HR letters, documents, and certificates for employees.
- Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies, IT requirements, and employee reimbursements.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree or MBA (HR).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR and office management.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills.
- Discretion, initiative, and independent decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
