Job Description
- Riyoadvertising is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role demands a proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills to drive business growth, foster relationships, and represent the company at various levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts to meet or exceed targets for revenue growth, profit margin, customer retention, and acquisition.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards for customer acquisition, opportunities, and submission of contract documents.
- Oversee bid management, order levels, and CRM database maintenance.
- Provide insights to senior management on marketplace trends and competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify further sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that support the sales strategy and raise awareness of company products.
- Establish robust customer relationships by providing accurate, timely responses on product inquiries, pricing, quotes, and concerns.
- Identify needs for new products and services to keep the company competitive in the market.
- Apply project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, managing the sales process end-to-end.
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure knowledge transfer among team members.
- Write bids, proposals, brochures, and other business informational materials.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any stream, BMS, BMM, or MBA in Marketing.
- Experience & Skills: Proven experience in selling online or mobile advertising solutions, strong networking and presentation skills, ability to meet sales targets, and a solid understanding of business principles.
