Job Description

  • Riyoadvertising is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our cross-channel marketing initiatives and drive engagement, education, and motivation of our target audiences. This role requires expertise in strategic marketing, campaign management, and performance analysis across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Experiment with paid acquisition channels to optimize lead generation and performance.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the monthly marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation.
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics such as Cost per Sale and Gross Lead to Sale.
  • Collaborate with branches across India to ensure alignment in sales and Cost Per Sale recovery.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in cross-channel marketing, digital, and 360-degree campaign management.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong ability to work with data and metrics to measure campaign success.
    • Familiarity with SMS, IVR, BTL, Telemarketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and digital brand management.
    • Vendor management experience.
    • Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and ROI-based metrics.
